YOGA BASICS

Intrigued by yoga? Not sure where to begin?
This Beginners' class is designed exclusively for new students and students starting back to yoga after an extended period. Learn the fundamentals of yoga postures and breathing techniques. Cultivate body awareness to guide your practice. The supportive environment of this class will provide you with the necessary foundation to develop a safe and rewarding yoga practice. 
This class is registration only - NO drop ins please!

Meditation Course

Monday June  11th 6:00 - 7:00p.m.

Meditation is the practice of calming the mind and emotions to allow for inner peace.  
By quieting our thoughts, we become more aware of ourselves and our thought patterns, giving us the opportunity to change a negative into a positive.
Please join us for a guided meditation to ease the tensions of the day. 
All levels welcome!

Pre-Natal yoga 

10 weeks of Pre-natal yoga for $150 (+tax) Classes are on-Going so call to join in - ANYTIME!

Prenatal yoga offers women a time to quiet the mind and tune into the miracle that is unfolding within them moment by moment. Through our yoga practice we discover our rich inner wisdom as women that will allow us to birth with grace. Tuning into our bodies and our babies week after week gives us an awareness and confidence that we will carry throughout the journey into motherhood.
Each class incorporates Pranayama (breathing techniques), Asanas (yoga poses), Conditioning Movements, Savasana (relaxation), and heart-felt discussion about pregnancy, birth and mothering in our world today. Classes are specifically designed to meet the needs of pregnancy and modifications are readily made to suite the individual.
